Our coaches
All of our coaches each have a minimum of CrossFit Level 1 certification and 1 year of coaching experience.
Morgan Lineberry
Morgan is co-owner, head coach, and Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer. She has a Bachelor's degree in strength and conditioning, and 9+ years of coaching experience. Her #1 goal is to make each person that enters the gym feel welcomed and cared for. She coaches most classes and is the face you will most likely see day to day.
Brandon Lineberry
Brandon is co-owner and CrossFit Level 1 Coach. You will find him coaching 1-3 classes per week and helping keep things running behind the scenes. During his 4 years as a collegiate baseball athlete he gained a lot of knowledge in strength and conditioning principles. He leads by example in his own athletic pursuits. He and Morgan are about to welcome their first baby.
Elizabeth is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and CrossFit Level 1 Coach and a wife and mother. She has a physical therapy clinic - Flex Fit Function - that operates out of Blue Mountain CrossFit. Along with running her own practice you can find her coaching the Exceptional classes, filling in some adult classes, and helping out with the kids program as well.
Elizabeth Gravley, DPT
Von Perrin
Von is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach, serves in the Virginia Army National Guard, and also works in finance. He is a husband and father with an empathetic nature that he brings to his coaching. You will find him coaching on some early mornings and in the KIDS class as well.
Trenton Miller
Trenton is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and the most recent addition to our team. You will find him coaching on Wednesday mornings as well as helping out with the KIDS class. He brings youth and energy to the coaching floor and will help bring out your best.
Jordan is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and played collegiate softball. She is a busy wife and mother and occasionally fills in for us to coach regular and kids classes. Her years of experience as an athlete and coach add to her coaching perspective.
